Four air-conditioned apartments, each consisting of living room with kitchen and sofa bed in addition to the bedroom, made with the attention of those who want to offer their guests a simple but absolute quality experience and with the possibility of total accessibility and use even by people with mobility difficulties.

A stay at Casa delle Rocche means not only having the chance to visit the food and wine places and opportunities of Langhe and Roero, but above all to discover a still uncontaminated territory characterized by an extraordinary variety of naturalistic situations such as vineyards, hazelnuts and fruit, the bare and vertical walls of the Rocche, the feeling of peace and refreshment that only the woods can offer. The Roero is characterized by a network of over 300 kilometers of perfectly signposted country paths and roads, with naturalistic, historical, architectural and eno-gastronomic discovery paths. The general map and GPX tracks are available for use with smartphones or GPS. Casa delle Rocche is exactly in the middle of the S1 path that connects Cisterna d’Asti to Bra. ROCCA CERLIC
Two bedroom holiday apartment. The living room on the ground floor, complete with kitchen with refrigerator, double induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment, is spacious and comfortable. A sofa bed (195 × 160) can comfortably accommodate two adults for the night. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower. This room is also fully accessible to people with mobility difficulties. Going up the original stone staircase, you enter the bedroom characterized by a sloping roof with exposed white beams and a precious four-poster bed. The room is completed with bathroom, satellite TV, mini bar, desk, personal safe and is enriched by an extraordinary view of the Rocche.
ROCCA SERRO
Two bedroom holiday apartment. The living room on the ground floor, complete with kitchen with fridge, double induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment, is spacious and comfortable. A sofa bed (195x160) can comfortably accommodate two adults for the night. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower. This room is also fully accessible to people with mobility difficulties. Going up the external panoramic staircase, you enter the bedroom characterized by an original wardrobe of the house and the possibility of having two single beds or a double bed. The room is completed with bathroom, satellite TV, mini-bar, desk, personal safe and is enriched by the access to the balcony with a view as far as the eye can see over the hills of the Roero and, more in the distance, of Monferrato.
Rocca Arloche (Suite)
Three room holiday apartment. Located entirely on the first floor, it consists of a living room with a kitchen complete with a fridge, double induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment. The kitchen leads to the balcony with a view as far as the eye can see over the hills of the Roero and, more in the distance, the Monferrato. Added to this is a first bedroom with the possibility of choosing between two single beds or a double bed. It is complete with satellite TV, original wardrobe of the house, personal safe and bathroom. The second bedroom overlooks the greenery and has a charming white sloping roof with exposed beams under which stands a white canopy bed. A large personal bathroom, a desk, a mini-bar, satellite TV, an old wardrobe and a personal safe complete the room.
Rocca Marucco (Accessible Studio)
Holiday apartment consisting of a large studio apartment for 2 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it has an entrance on the front of the house and a French door that overlooks the back garden, complete with a dedicated relaxation corner. A bookcase divides the sleeping area with the large double bed, from the dining-kitchen area, complete with refrigerator, double induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the necessary equipment. It is complete with satellite TV, the house's original closet, personal safe, and a large bathroom. Accessibility.
